Don’t stop at steaks. This butter would be divine on a burger, or a grilled chicken breast, too.
Blue Cheese Steak Butter
- 2 oz. blue cheese, softened (I prefer Maytag)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp. table salt
- 1 Tbsp. chives, minced
- Stir all ingredients together. Bring to room temperature to serve.
