Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1 1/2 cups white rice flour
- 3/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 2/3 cup tapioca starch
- 1/3 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 2 tsp. xantham gum
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
