Homemade Gluten-Free Flour Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cups white rice flour
  • 3/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 2/3 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/3 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1/4 cup potato starch
  • 2 tsp. xantham gum

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
