This spicy remoulade is perfect for topping crab cakes or dipping prawns.

Spicy Remoulade

Serves: about 1 and ½ cups
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. minced shallot
  • 1 Tbsp. whole-grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • ½ tsp. minced garlic
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
