Eating Japanese

We just returned from our ten day trip to Japan. Tokyo, Sendai, Ishinomaki, Susono, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Miyajima and Yokohama. Except for a delicious MOS Burger in Susono with Beth and the girls, we kept it strictly Japanese – which means seasonal ingredients, fish, rice and lots of salt. Jet lag is setting in, so I am just posting some pictures for now – more about our gastronomic adventure soon!
