I break down family packs of meats and freeze portions that are quick to thaw & grill. Other, for variety, meatballs and pasta, Steam in the bag vegetables and always BACON for a quick breakfast or dinner meal during the week.Recently I started adding smaller vegetables to the crock pot to save prep time and they do just fine cooked whole, such as small red potatoes and small onions, carrots, etc. Time counts during the mornings!
