Last night Joy & I cooked an early Valentine’s Day dinner for Toby and Marvin. Cooking a four course meal can sometimes feel daunting – so we split the menu between us, and made a few of the items ahead of time. By collaborating, we both had the energy to actually enjoy ourselves!
And, seriously, we could not have had a better dinner at any steak house in Seattle.
These recipes totally delivered. It was a very memorable meal.
