A Very Memorable Meal

Last night Joy & I cooked an early Valentine’s Day dinner for Toby and Marvin. Cooking a four course meal can sometimes feel daunting – so we split the menu between us, and made a few of the items ahead of time. By collaborating, we both had the energy to actually enjoy ourselves!

And, seriously, we could not have had a better dinner at any steak house in Seattle.

These recipes totally delivered. It was a very memorable meal.

If you are looking for an elegant menu for any special occasion, I’d like to recommend this one. You’ll have happy guests and clean plates for sure.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Hi, Margretta – We splurged on this one! Decadent and delicious. I know you don’t eat red meat, but I am pretty sure white chocolate and berries are okay with you… give that dessert a try!
